I'm a Creative Producer and Video Game Development Leader specializing in cross-functional team coordination, project management, and production process innovation — with 7+ years of production leadership across the entertainment and gaming industries.

I've managed teams of 5 to 100 people, developed project plans and roadmaps, and delivered AAA-quality content within budget and timeline constraints. I combine technical proficiency in game development pipelines with strategic business development and stakeholder management to drive projects from pre-production all the way through launch.

What I Do

As Narrative & Design Producer at Qualian Interactive, I drive narrative direction and game design documentation for an original cozy-style ARPG — authoring character designs, world lore, and core mechanics from the ground up in pre-production. I produced executive pitch and funding decks for investor presentations, and directed the concept and visual direction for the studio's first funding trailer using AI-assisted generation workflows.

As Co-Instructor in Technical Narrative Design at Game Design Skills (GDS), I develop professional curriculum for technical narrative design and cross-discipline communication — implementing production methodologies and organizational frameworks for the next generation of game developers.

Background

Before my work in game development, I spent several years as an Associate Producer and Production Coordinator across major film and television projects — including Seal Team (CBS) — coordinating teams of 12–100 people across complex, multi-department productions in Seattle and Los Angeles.

I later led VR short film production at DeoVR as Lead Producer and Director, delivering content 50% under budget while achieving 15,000+ views. That blend of cinematic production instincts and technical pipeline experience is what I bring to every project I touch.

I previously served as Creative Producer at CG Pro (Sept 2024 – Sept 2025), where I led production strategy serving 60+ students globally and moderated presentations at major industry conferences alongside leaders from Epic Games, Nvidia, AMD, and Intel.

I hold a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, a Scrum Master Certification from Six Sigma Global, and multiple Advanced UE5 Certifications from CG Pro. Additional credentials include a Game Design Specialization from CalArts, Narrative Design & Game Writing from ELVTR, XR Development & C# Scripting from Circuit Stream, coursework in Game Design & Animation at DigiPen Institute of Technology, and foundational training in film production from the Seattle Film Institute.
